Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park
APITERA co-developed Photronics Imaging Technologies Park in Shanghai with Photronics Inc. Photronics invested $US300 million in the new company. The new facility will become the most advanced blank photo mask shop in the world.
The facility is 18,000-square-meters equipped with a 3,000-square-meter or larger clean room. Supporting the most advanced technologies that have been approved by the U.S. government in China, which is a 0.25-micron process technology.
Production targets an annual production of 5840 to 7300 photo masks.

Jinqiao Industrial Park
APITERA co-developed part of this large multi-service industrial park with Jinqiao Jinhui Development, providing supporting services such as finance, taxation advice, logistics (bonded warehousing, customs declaration, warehousing, transportation), scientific research, job center, consulting, retailing, restaurants, entertainment, real estate services ,property management.
There are over 63 enterprises in the zone with an annual output value exceeding 100 million RMB.

Investing in China: Organisations are finding it increasingly difficult in the Yangtze Delta region to locate the space required to establish and grow their businesses.
Most technology parks in China are single dimensioned manufacturing spaces, isolated, with few services or amenities offered to businesses, staff and workers. California Technology Park (Changzhou)
This new park offers an integrated platform providing the essential services, manufacturing and R&D structures that made Silicon Valley the place of innovation, ideas and business growth.

APITERA will provide A-grade, full-service facilities offering residential, retail, R&D, commercial office, manufacturing and logistics spaces, plus a conference and exhibition venue on (Phase 1) 20 hectares of land in Qishuyan District. Phase 2 in 2007/8 will extend California Technology Park by a further 46.6 hectares.

California Technology Park to Shanghai is just 90 minutes drive, SE along the modern Shanghai--Nanjing Highway. Companies will have direct transportation access (via the Huning and A20 Highways) to the city, airports, Waigaoqiao and the new deepwater shipping terminals in Pudong.

Immediately adjacent to California Technology Park, a Changzhou Government planned development (land area 7.8 square kilometers), commenced in early 2006, will offer thousands of additional apartments, extensive retail and commercial services, two sporting stadia, with large green areas built around canals and leisure facilities.
